How it moves

Pickup and origin hub
Cargo is collected or delivered to the origin hub. Events distinguish picked up from at hub so you know whether the truck has left the sender.

Corridor transit
In transit on the road lane. Named locations appear on the timeline when operators record them — not a moving map dot.

Destination and delivery
At destination hub, then out for delivery or delivered. Proof of delivery is an event, not a separate product login.

Cross-border road
Corridors that cross borders include customs transit time in the honest quote. Documentation must be ready before wheels roll.

Short storage at origin or destination hub when the lane needs a buffer between modes. Described on enquiry, not self-serve.

Road-legal freight on the lanes we run. We do not list every postcode on earth. Oversized, high-value, temperature-controlled, and ADR dangerous goods are enquiries, not checkboxes. If a lane is not ours, we will not draw it on a map and call it coverage.

- Does road tracking work the same as air and ocean?
- Yes. CASCO-L- IDs use the same page: status card, progress steps with done/now/ahead colours, and event timeline. Road mode shows a truck icon on the schematic lane.
- Can road connect to my ocean shipment?
- Often yes — on-carriage after discharge is a common pattern. Ask operations whether your booking is one ID or a linked road leg.
- What is out for delivery?
- A timeline step meaning the cargo left the destination hub on a delivery vehicle. It is not a consumer parcel app with a one-hour window — it is an honest event.
