Privacy policy
This is an operational draft for the public site. It is not a substitute for counsel. We will replace it with a signed policy before launch if the product collects more than the contact form and optional analytics below.
What we collect
The contact form asks for name, organisation, email, optional phone, freight mode, optional tracking ID, and a message. Submissions are used to reply to that enquiry. Until an email provider is configured, the payload is logged on the server and is not sent as mail.
Tracking pages show shipment itineraries for IDs you already have. We do not ask for an account. Entering an ID does not create a user profile.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set an advertising cookie wall. If Plausible is enabled by the operator (environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN), that script measures page views without selling a profile to ad networks. If that variable is unset, no analytics script is loaded.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry data. Hosting, email, and database providers may process it solely to run Casco. We do not invent a registered office or company number here — those details will be published when they exist.
