Terms of service
These terms cover the public website and tracking view. They are a working draft, not a booking contract. Counsel should review them before launch.
The site
Casco Global Shipping publishes information about air, ocean, and road freight and a tracking surface for Casco IDs. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Quotes and bookings
The contact form is an enquiry, not an instant rate and not a binding booking. A person replies. Prices, transit times, and capacity are confirmed only in writing after that conversation.
Tracking
A tracking ID on a Casco confirmation is the key to the itinerary. The route graphic is a schematic of origin, waypoint, and destination taken from events — not live GPS. Status copy follows the latest event. If the store is unavailable, that is a system message, not a missing shipment.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to invent or guess other customers’ IDs as a product. Do not present Casco as another brand (including Loggist or carrier logos we do not own).
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date in the design spec and this page’s last editorial pass is 29 August 2026.
